Exyte Hargreaves deliver high specification ventilation systems for carefully controlled and hazardous environments where exceptional air purity or chemical extraction are required. These include nuclear and large infrastructure projects.
Initially we conducted a bespoke analysis of their leadership capability and culture. Following this we co-designed their Leadership Behaviours and helped to embed these through a tailored Leadership Development program. This was supported by wrap around coaching and alignment workshop initiatives. This is award nominated in the HVAC Awards.
Additionally we have provided executive coaching and mentoring services to key leaders and senior managers.
Finally we project managed a business transformation to change ways of working and modernise roles.

Not many of us had previously had any formal leadership training, so the program has been absolutely perfect for me as part of my journey. I have taken from it and grown from it.
The team sessions were excellent. It gave real insights into personalities and how you communicate and engage with different people. It has been good to use this to work with others. I now try to figure out what’s the best way – to coach or mentor or to tell - for each of my team members.
The whole Executive Talent Programme has taught me to sit back and reflect and I’ve been using that more and more.
I’ve been approached for another role and a lot of what I’ve done has been down to you and Andy. It’s a credit to you both.
