Founded by Phil Marsland in 2016, our purpose is to help leaders, HR and organisations to thrive and grow.


With many years experience in senior positions and HR roles Phil brings not only considerable expertise but also a talent for insights and pragmatic solutions.

His career has been across both private and public sectors.   Sectors include manufacturing, engineering, sales/construction contracting, IT solutions, consumer products, local authorities and education, food retail, NHS, government contracts and the Home Office.


Phil has a track record of flexing to meet your needs through really listening to where you are now, your challenges and hopes, and then working with you to agree, create  and implement fit for purpose, bespoke solutions.  Solutions that work for you and your organisation, right now.

Andy Romero-Birkbeck is the founder and owner of We Are Well Being Ltd.  He has almost 20 years experience in the health and well being sector in both corporate and commercial settings.

Managing Director, Andrew Palmer, has worked across the business and political spectrum, working with different partners:  board level executives, elected officials, and leaders of non-profit organisations to help them achieve their strategic objectives.

With a journalistic, scientific, political and business background he has interviewed senior politicians and written numerous speeches. Andrew was a business journalist on the Yorkshire Post and edited a music magazine. As the CBI’s Yorkshire & Humber Director he led on policy issues representing the voice of business at regional and national government level, giving speeches across the Northern Powerhouse region.

He also led the CBI’s Scotland office during the 2014 referendum working with businesses and politicians at Holyrood. He has worked with many universities and was CEO of North of England Excellence. 

He is the Business Editor for the on-line newspaper -The Yorkshire Times

Dean Horsman is a customer focussed, commercially minded, HRM/HRD PROFESSIONAL, with over 20 years proven planning, policy development, management, negotiation, organisational change and development skills. In addition, He has helped to develop management and leadership provision at a number of organisations through facilitating, designing and delivering workshops, seminars, focus groups and lectures.


He is a qualified TMSDI Team Management Systems, EQi-2.0 & EQ360 assessor and ILM level 7 Corporate and Executive Coaching practitioner.
